The owner was looking to add strategic and financial strengths in order to sell the business as a future on-going concern in order to maximise sale value.
We worked with the founder & senior management to research the marketplace for both the potential growth of value added services and also likely buyer requirements. This information was then developed into a two year implementation strategy to achieve the required outcomes.
Over a 2 year period grew revenues from less than £557k per year to more than £850,000 and the business was successfully sold to a global competitor for over 200% more than the initial, pre-engagement, market valuation.
