We introduced a client capture & retention division based on relational membership database providing educational training and professional certification. Within 6 months increased professional membership from £1.2K to £34.2K per month worldwide by designing & implementing a 180° redirection that included a fundamental redefinition of new target markets, strategic re-positioning, and the introduction & design of an approved £570,000 membership benefits package enhancement.


We also refocused the company back on the value added growth of its core business by building successful new membership scheme for existing business.




These efforts substantially increased retained business by 41% within the first 12 months of implementation.
