Within 6 months increased professional membership from £1.2K to £34.2K per month worldwide by designing & implementing a 180° redirection that included a fundamental redefinition of new target markets, strategic re-positioning, and the introduction & design of an approved £570,000 membership benefits package enhancement.
We also refocused the company back on the value added growth of its core business by building successful new membership scheme for existing business.
