The client is a large multi-national banking corporation division, who deal specifically with high net worth private clients in the city of London. The whole banking operation has been recovering from a serious institutional collapse due to over expansion into volatile and failed markets. They and are looking to reset their business operations and rebuild their core strategy, methods of working and reposition their brand.
Worked senior board members to improve the overall performance of the operation, by understanding potential future threats and the impact they would have on the business. We then developed effective and ethical working interventions to overcome potential crisis scenarios as well as considering effective strategic responses to emerging growth opportunities in their strategic client sectors.
Helped to refocus the company back on its core business in a compliant and effective way using robust strategies and resilient ways of working. This has helped stabilise the division and improved profitability by 21% in the initial 12 month period.
